1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

77php accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), online banking transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 77php account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 10. Limitation of Liability

77php is not responsible for any interruption of service, errors, delays, or failures that result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, natural disasters, power failures, equipment malfunctions, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

In no event shall 77php's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension Grounds

77php reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or technical maintenance requirements. During suspension periods, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

11.2 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. 11.3 Effect of Termination

If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity, 77php reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and to pursue recovery of any losses we have incurred as a result of your violations.
